Chris is the founder of Greenwich Projects and the Greenwich Associates Network. As a highly regarded business leader, Chris connects people with strategy and process. He does this through his interests in business leadership and as an educator. A firm advocate for quality and value, Chris is committed to ensuring the highest levels of service is provided in all aspects of the business. Chis has worked with a broad range of institutions, private enterprises, and state and federal government agencies to deliver successful construction and infrastructure projects of all scales and complexities.

With nearly 40 years in the construction industry, Peter has extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary cost planning and estimating teams. Having worked on a range of projects, Peter particularly thrives on the challenges of technically-complex jobs – either from the perspective of difficulty of build, or the size and complexity of delivery outcomes.

As a registered architect and respected project manager, Stephen has developed a broad range of experience over +30 years in various industry sectors, which has highlighted the significant impact of the built environment on people, driving him to always deliver high quality projects.”

 

James Dib
HSEQ Advisor

James has a diverse range of experience in project management, safety coordination and risk management. He has worked in both the construction and telecommunication industry to help develop and manage a strong ‘safety first’ culture. His extensive knowledge of construction-specific WHS legislation and regulations enables him to implement improved WHS management systems, as well as conduct FSC audits and site safety inspections.

Ran de Fonseka
Quantity Surveyor

Ran has over 15 years of experience working in client-side QS roles as well as contractor-side roles in commercial management and procurement. He is a registered QS, currently completing an MBA in Finance. Ran is disciplined, motivated and self-reliant. Using his well-rounded skillset, Ran is proactive in always delivering solution driven results.

Throughout his career, Phil has helped to deliver some of Australia’s landmark projects. Using his commercial acumen, Phil is able to consistently develop alternate construction strategies that will provide a market advantage without forgoing quality or safety.
